Official Validation of Ruth's Hypersensitivity- On Sept. 28,2005, after 5 months of living in cars and tents anywhere she could find without emf contamination and after having been denied unemployment benefits by her past employer, who to this day still denies that such things exist or are a problem, the judicial department of the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment officially reversed its standing and gave Ruth not only full compensation of her deserved benefits, but also a much needed legal and official recognition that not only are they real, but they were the basis for terminating her job. Ruth's Answer to the Employer's Hearing Appeal- Following two Colorado Department of Employment Hearing Officer's decisions verifying Ruth's hyper sensitization to EMF (one of their opinions is reprinted above) the Employer appealed the process in a defense ploy to forgo litigation and protect their assets. This is Ruth's answer to the challenges which won further substantiation by the Department of Labor Board of Appeals (noted below) .

Board of Appeals Decision Supporting Ruth and EMF Hypersensitivity- all previous evidence of EMF Hyper sensitization as being the cause of Ruth's debilitation was verified by the reviewing Board of Appeals. Left with only one legal appeal level available (the Colorado State Board of Appeals) they gave up the fight. This document is a collection of highlights from that decision.

Ruth's further Legal Recourses and Actions- following support from the Department of Labor and Employment, Ruth proceeded with a search for further legal recourses to effect the correction of the problems in both the workplace and apartment, notification and screening of all past employees and tenants who may have been similarly effected and to be compensated for damages and disability caused by these injuries.

Leaving the Problem for Others... in instances especially dealing with vanguard concerns not yet widely known to the public or treated and administered by medical practitioners, regulatory inspectors and building professionals .... how ethical is it to leave a potentially toxic condition in apartment and workspace to sicken others despite the owner's arrogance and ignorance? A still better question might be, what can she do? This is an ongoing list and update of the solutions she follows. We are responsible for the culture and environment we live in and leave behind. That doesn't change with debilitation ... in fact it may deepen.

What Does Someone like Ruth Do for Work ?? .... In light of an allergenic disability which eliminates 95% of all workplace conditions, virtually all public spaces and limits her rights and access to transportation without damages to less than 1/2 hour ... coupled with the necessity of constructing her own Micro ... safe from fields and chemicals and of necessity located far from urban fields and pollution ... how does a 53 year old grandmother running on 3 cylinders make a living???
